how to rescue flapjacks?

I have made some flap jacks but they have not set think I put too much syrup in .Any ideas what I could do with it?

    Crumble it on top of ice cream.

    Use it as a crumble topping for some fruit. Cook the fruit first then crumble it up over in a pie dish.

    If they haven't set I'm assuming you have some sort of sticky gloop rather that crunchy, crumby bits? If that's the case I would be inclined to mix in a few more oats and pop them back in the oven for a bit.

    cover them in custard and serve as a pudding.

    custard for sweet mishaps and gravy/cheese sauce for savory....
