    They phrase it that way as the 9440 isn't the same number for everyone (company cars, previous tax paybacks, age etc etc). So if they said 20% on earning between 0-32010 that wouldn't hold true for a large amount of people.

    The page is a little confusing, it could do with a little more clarification to stop this happening (partner made same mistake not too long ago)
