Hi everyone, I hope you are all well!
I had my phone interview today and it went very well, the OR was really nice and even cracked a couple of jokes with me.
Just really asked if I had made any large purchases recently, when I last used my credit card. I am allowed to keep my old banger that is sorn off at the mo as I will need it for work.
She said I should hear no more for three months and then I will have to fill in a income expenditure form.
I am actually starting to feel human again and a lot lighter
My advice to anyone who is considering bankruptcy is GO FOR IT!! if it improves the quality of life for you and your family DO IT!!
Life is too short
xx

how large a purchase do they mean, like a freezer at £280 ?0

No not a freezer! Holidays, cars etc. I think they are just looking for fraud, I think as long as its not obviously been purchased when you knew you wouldn't be able to re pay its fine.
Hope this helps xx“One should never count the years – one should count one’s interests. I have kept young trying never to lose my childhood sense of wonderment. I am glad I still have a vivid curiosity about the world I live in.”

Hope you get your Early Discharge soon.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
