Advice on NCO Europe

Evening guys.

I just need a little bit of advice regarding NCO Europe. From what I've read online they appear to chase Orange debts, which would make sense as to why they're chasing me. I'm on a debt management plan with Step Change and before now, a completely different company have been dealing with the debt.

I'm happy to work with this company but they appear to have my mum and dads home phone number and my mums mobile number. They're ringing at stupid hours of the day (my dads a night worker) and are constantly ringing my mums mobile despite being told over and over again that that's not the right contact details for me.

I emailed them last week letting them know the details of my DMP and to contact Step Change, but yet again my mum received calls today. I'm unfortunately never arrange when they call, but I need to get them stopped ASAP.

I'm trying to avoid ringing them due to the nature of the way these calls usually go.

Any advice on how I can handle them would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you :)

Write to them making a formal complaint and to have your parents number removed from their file as this is not your contact details. Also ask for a copy of their complaints procedure and tell them you will report them to the FOS if they fail to resolve the complaint.

It might help giving them a contact number for yourself so they bin your parents one. It would mean you have to deal with some calls though.
