OP I do not think you have grasped the basics of employment.

You get paid a salary to use your time for your employer for anything you are trained to do which will fall within the remit of your job description/contract.

    See Privicius's post above.

Based on the fact that you do not seem to appreciate the real problem here I think you would have a lot of difficulty with an ET if they do dismiss. Of course you may be lucky and the charity may pay you off just to be rid of you if you threaten an ET. Blackmail sometimes works, let's not gussy it up, that's what it is from your comments about their image.

    Hi,

The outcome of hearing was to issue me a final written warning. But they immediately suspended me again to investigate whether there is a breakdown in trust and confidence. The hearing for that and appeal for outcome of first hearing is yet to happen. .

Does this sound to others (who know more than me) that they are trying to punish you twice for the same offence?

Emmzzi if you are here what 'whole story' you are interested?

The most relevant part is the long letter of accusations, some valid and some not, submitted to HR while the investigation was going on, that you posted on the other forum. Without that, the second disciplinary procedure makes no sense.

Although at this point I would cut your losses as you are getting no different advice here.
