Housing Benafit question-I'm Unemployed

Dose any one know a way to hurry the Housing Benafit department along?
The thick end of two weeks ago, my Land lords wrote down the answer to their letter on my behalf. This I duely gave them the reply the same day I received their letter.
Very near the time of their letter, I received the kings ransome of £71 in JSA.
This dose not pay my rent for a week.
Nothing else has been heard from the H.B.
They had a copy of a letter from my most recent employer to say that trade had declined so they could not afford to keep me.
Where I live in South warwickshire has one of the highest council taxes in England, so money can not be a problem to them

You are in a queue with every other new claimant. As long as you are confident they have all the information they require, all you can do is wait your turn - and two weeks is not a long time to wait.0

It is when you do not have 'The bank of Mummy & Daddy' behind you.
I can't just pluck money from a near by tree to cover my rent.
H.B. where I live do not all ways ask questions that they should- Previously I worked for a company with one name over the door, but another on staff bank statements-H.B ***Asume** that I was trying it on rather that use their little common sence, or even ask me.0 -

Nothing like a thank you when you give someone an accurate answer to their question ...
You cannot queue jump. I appreciate the wait is frustrating, but your claim will be dealt with in due course.0
