My colleague's hair isn't curly though, it's straight...and you can make curly hair tidy without brushing it when it's dry (I used to have quite long naturally curly hair)!Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0 -
Appearances do matter because
1) people judge on first impressions
2) most people do not have open minds so first impressions are hard to shift
3) once the group wisdom has decided that 'x' is going far and has the right looks and demeanour then Peter principle will apply0
