Please can anyone help. I am having trouble claiming a chargeback back from Barclays Bank.
The company concerned have agreed to this and I am told by the company I have one year from the original purchase to claim yet Barclays are saying I only have 120 days . I am stuck in the middle with one saying I have a year and the other saying I have 120 days.please what am I to do
