A mortgage deal ending 10th June with Nationwide.
What is the best way to discuss a new deal?
Calling bank mortgage number? Or take an appointment at thier local branch?
What is the best choice?

Options are available online.
A new deal can be reserved once you are within 3 months which you are.
Cheap what rate you default onto when your current fixed term expires. As makes a difference.0 -
Do you go on to the BMR ( 2% above the BOE base rate ie 2.5%) or SVR which is 3.99%
Depending on your LTV you may well be better off doing nothing !!! and just go onto the follow on rate0
