second mortgage reclaim? first national, now GE money

i took out a first national 2nd mortgage in june 2004 for £25,500, when i sold my house in june 2005, my redemption was 25099.78, so i managed to pay off £400.28 pence in 12 months despite paying £3174.20 in the same time, i think the settlement admin fee and setltlement interest are a bit steep and i am going to try and reclaim
the question is have i got a case or...
has anyone else tried anything similar against first national/ge money
regards

There is a different chat forum for mortgages in this website and if I remember correctly there are many success and failure stories. I would suggest looking that the different threads to look for an example similar to yours, or post your request there...........

Same problem here back 4 years ago. Took out a secured loan for 10,000 and when I sold my house 2 years into a 4 year loan it cost me 11,200 quid.
