Star-Teflon & PayPal issue

Hi guys,
I need some help as a am a bit confused.
I bought an online Teflon course from star-tefl via Living Social. I bought the basic option but after registering I then realised I wanted the higher end option. So I asked for an upgrade and they sent me a PayPal link. This link to me to what looks like a polish version of the site with no English on whatsoever. I wasn't prepared to pay using a site where I couldn't understand a word and so requested an link to an English version. I have yet to receive this.
On the same day I looked on to this Polish PayPal, I was sent an email from PayPal telling me that on that day my account had had numerous unsuccessful attempts and that I should use a link provided in the email. This PayPal email appeared in my junk folder.
I feel a bit concerned as to what's going on here...... Help!!!:(
