Supermarket cakes

wannabe
Hi everyone
I remember the last time I got married ( I like to call it the trial run heehee) there were lots of supermarkets that made plain iced cakes that you could decorate up and transform with a bit of glitz.
I was going to do that same this time but can only really find M and S that allow you to do the jazzing yourself.
Have I missed others?
Also does anyone know what they are like now?
Thanks

I like the fact the Waitrose one looks thicker than the M & S, just a shame it is quite a bit more.
Wonder if it tastes a lot better?0 -

Thanks for finding these. I really like the price of those cheaper layers and the flavours are great, such a shame they are both 25 cm.0

Have used the M and S ones (sponge) twice , the large round , as christening cakes and decorated them myself , they have been lovely , and much admired by everyone.:)0

We had the M&S cakes - some fruit, some plain sponge & some chocolate.
They went down a treat0
