Re-mortgage fees

We re-mortgaged in Feb 2004 we entered into a 2 year fixed rate with the C&G at 4.99%, when that came to an end we asked the C&G if they would provide us with another deal and we agreed to stay with them on a 3 year deal at 5.29%. We were charged an abmin fee of £199.00 for changing to the new deal, this seems to me to be a lot of money for a small amount of work and I would like to know if I maight be able to reclaim some of it.
