Hi, can anyone tell me which reference agency the woolwich use for their mortgage decision?
I know Halifax use experian, just so I know if I need to purchase an equifax report

CRA's update their records from other agencies and the court registry when a check is requested.0

I wish that they did and then all would be the same!! Call credit is well out of date with some accounts, are you sure that is correct?0

Agencies update when a paid for enquiry is made, i.e. a business checking you.
Majority of lenders use Experian in some form, as members of the CML use the NationalHunter database.0 -
We're applying for a Woolwich mortgage and only Noddle (Call Credit) has registered a search.
That was back in February when we got the DIP.Just bought a new house with the help of this site!
