Advice and opinions on unpaid work

Hi everyone,
I would be very grateful if i could have a few opinions and advice about work and my rights if thats ok?
I've worked for a small company/nursery for just over a year, when starting i have not signed or seen any written statement or contract. We are expected to look after the children within ratio and do additional work too which includes documenting the childrens development, tracking the evidence etc. We are hardly ever given work time to complete (if we do it is not shared out fairly) and always given unrealistic deadlines, which leads to the manager making us stay back for meetings/work unpaid. This could be up to 2 hours at a time. I'm also on minimum wage. Do i have any rights? I have a life too! Don't want to be working back after shift ends for free!
