These people do:

Given the price of genuine Converse, I wouldn't have thought there was a lot of money in it, no.import this0 -
A friend of mine has just started doing it. I don't understand it - the shoes and the bling are ugly. There must be a market for it, but I'd guess the market is shrinking (how many pairs would you need?) and the number of sellers growing, so the margin is going to get smaller and smaller.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0

Not everyones taste but I have heard of brides (and grooms) getting married in 'blinged up' converses.
Jadex91 - you could also consider wedding shoes or glammed up heels as extra markets. If its your kinda thing then a blank canvas is all you need, maybe look into what is cost effective first, i.e. cheaper to bulk buy a load of plain heels than bulk buy authentic converses, until you have built your market up abit (and can afford the outlay!). Just an idea and hopefully a look at it from another angle. Would be good to know how you get on as am doing something similar with clothes and ebay.0
