I had a secured loan with igroup now ge money that was settled in 2005.
In the resettlement figure which was only recently pointed out to me was the full payment of ppi for the loan.
I called igroup/ge yesterday asking why I was still paying for a service I no longer used and they admitted that I was still paying for a policy that had no benefit to me and to write a letter to cancel the policy.apart from claiming the money back do I have a case for anymore compensation as I feel they have stolen from me.
