Low rate but quick to arrange mortgage?

Hi, having sold our house and about to purchase a house with an entry date in 6 weeks I'm looking for a mortgage which would be quick and easy to arrange but which still offers a low interest rate on a 75% LTV fixed mortgage. Any ideas? Tesco is coming in as one of the cheapest but it says on their website it takes approx 8-10 weeks. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Even lenders who say they can turn a case round quickly cannot predict every case's quirks.
I expect every case I do will be offered in two weeks from the date of application and I plan accordingly by obtaining all the necessary documentation I can imagine being requested.
