Hi,
Our fixed term has finished on our current mortgage. We have 15k left to pay. Could someone point me in the right direction to getting best deal on re-mortgage. Been reading that its a small amount for a mortgage and banks mightn't lend that amount?
Appreciate any replies thanks

Have you checked what term you are on now? When my 3 year fixed term ended I went onto their variable rate which was half of what I was paying on the fixed rate as the interest rate is so low. So I have stuck with that and when I move (hopefully next year) I can pay off the mortgage and have no redemption fee to pay. :j0

Ask your existing lender about its "customer retention" products. These may give you an alternative to your follow-on rate and will avoid some of the transfer costs of a remortgage.
