Me Salary £20k on my part time wage £25k full time which I may go back to this summer. Mortgage on flat of £71k, flat on the market for £90k but will probably have to take £85k
.
No other debts :j
My partner salary of £34k basic, one loan £330 per month 4 years remaining. No other debts. Savings of £4500.
Neither of us ever missed a payment or anything on historical debts.
I'm a born worrier! I know we will only have a deposit enough for 90% ltv at the moment on a property of £150k. Unless we pay the solicitors fees and estate agents on a credit card do you know if that's acceptable? By the time we sell the flat we'd have enough but I'm thinking more equity less apr so we could look for 85% ltv and credit card the fees!!

If everything checks out you should be fine. See a broker...!0

You'll need cash to pay the fees.
Spend a few months cutting back on your outgoings and you'll soon get there.
What's holding you back is that £330 a month on loan repayments.0
