What type of concrete. Panels, blocks?
If you're finding it difficult to get a mortgage then even if you do buy it will be equally difificult for a buyer to begone when you sell, so difificult to move ina. Few years.0 -

Wimpey nofines and Laing easy form (similar construction types) are perfectly mortgageable with the majority of high street mortgage lenders. I have never ever known their construction type to be an issue. Its poured concrete with no reinforced steel (which is usually the main issue with ex council houses).0
