Pension forecast query

I have just got my pension forecast and it states that I have 30 years worth of contributions. My rough working history is as follows 77-82 ten hours a week 82-84 15 hours a week 84-2013 32 1/2 hours a week I had two children born 71 & 73 I realise that in those early years I probably did not earn enough to pay NI but…

Thank you, i had seen the forms but couldn't find the notes bit until I followed your link. I posted about it in case anyone else finds themselves in the same position and to make them aware it is best to hang on to a record of their FA number. Hopefully they will sort mine out as I have no way of proving I claimed FA.
