Looking to rent out my house as things aren't selling to well in our area at the moment,as the mrs wants to move like yesterday!
Currently have a mortgage on this house,
But have seen another house we quite like,do rather than miss the opportunity would it be possible to rent this out and apply for another mortgage ?
