Not sure if it's hourly, it seems to be the same as last week
One entry per person. The competition will run over a 12-hour period from 9am to 9pm today. Winners will be selected at random from all entries received for each hour. If there are no entries in an hour, the winner will be selected from all entries received in the previous hour. There will be 1 winner per hour and 12 winners for the competition. Each hour will run from XX.00 to XX.59 (for instance, the first hour is 09.00 to 09.59).

Look like it is hourly entry as just manage 11 and 12noon, I wish do that earlier as well:o, however I canot find the post for this comp, apart from this thread? Need bump remind me.
