Maternity pay underpaid

My partner is currently on maternity leave and receiving maternity pay from her employer.
She is normally paid on the third Friday of the month, meaning normally she is paid 4 weeks maternity pay. However, as this month is 5 weeks from her last pay we were expecting 5 weeks maternity pay. However, she has only been paid for 4 weeks.
How quickly is an employer required to pay her the outstanding week's maternity pay? Any advice welcome. Thanks

If she is paid monthly isn't it like a salary where on the months that have 4 weeks and a few days she is paid more than she has 'worked' and on 5 week months its less?Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0
