We both went BR over 3 years ago and split agreement was made and for me to keep the house now found neg equity and X wont pay 50% so now wants to court order me in 14 days to force sale or X will hand house back to the Lender
How do I stand as living in and being paying Mortgage for 28 months never had arrears ever or late payment.

Costs a lot of money to force a sale through the courts.
Providing you pay the mortgage you can hang in there.0 -
Point out to ex that the shortfall will be pursued so they will need to find half of this. If repossessed then could be a fair amount.
