Can anyone recommend a good sports physio in Belfast? I have been plagued with knee issues training for this year's Belfast marathon, suspect it's my IT Band. I have been advised on running forums to buy a foam roller and maybe see a physio.

If it's a Private one you're looking I can recommend the ones up near the Ulster Hospital, on the Comber Road I'm going there ATM for a non-sports related injury, but they're full of athletes etc when I'm there. Another fan of Dundonald Physio on Comber Road - they specialise in sports injuries and do specific stuff to get you back to sport (in my case Rugby)0

Belfast Sports and Spinal on the Saintfield Road very good and got me back resistance training after other Physios failed.0

Recommend the new replay clinic in Belfast - really thorough and professional - specialising in sports injuries.
Got my dodgy knee sorted and back to running again.0 -

Hi yeah I got sorted, I went to Sports Injury Ireland at Connswater Fitness First. The physio Andrew was terrific, I ended up doing 3:38 in the marathon 3 weeks later. Andrew is a great physio.0
