No W1 or M1
I have paid the same tax this month as I paid last year, so no refund as far as I can see.
Until you provide the figures as asked, no-one can help you to understand this.
Assuming this tax code change happened after April 6th and not before, please provide the following details for April and May.
1 Tax code used including any suffix such as Mth/Wk 1 or even simply 1
2 Gross pay for each month
3 Tax paid each month
4 Total gross pay to date and total tax to date
If the tax code change happened in March you will not get the extra automatically and will have to apply for a rebate.0 -
No W1 or M1

Your payslip may not show W1 or M1 different systems have different ways of showing a non-cumulative code eg non-cumulative or an abreviation of that or X. As has been said if you really want to understand what is going on then give us the figures and all will be explained to you.0
