Nationwide - end of fixed rate query on valuation

Hi All
I'm coming to the end of my Nationwide fixed rate and looking to take up a new fixed with them. I have looked to do this online but when I did the automated valuation figure is well off. I have spoke with Nationwide today who said I can contest the valuation and just need to pick that option when I go online. For the life of me I cannot see how to do this - anyone know how?
Thanks

Frankly I am not sure what you are trying to do or ask. Hopefully others will understand.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0

For clarity I'm looking to challenge the valuation figure the system generates from its database.0

What SVR do you default to?
If it's 2.5% this may be a better option than fixing again.0 -
Is the option when you apply for a particular product?0
