What are chances???

Is there any chance of getting a mortgage for £80,000 house, only earning 15/16K a year. I have £12,000 to £18000 deposit (If i sell a few shares). So i would need to borrow between £62k-£88K.

I suggest you try different lenders' affordability calculators. Input your details and see what you get. Unfortunately, the maximum is often lower than the 5x income you can get, as a lower salary is taken up with a greater proportion of subsistence expenses.

For example, using the Halifax calculator, a single applicant with no dependents and no credit commitments can borrow £62,540 over 25 years, £66,440 over 30 years.

Loans, HP, card balances and dependents will see that figure cut quite dramatically.

This should be possible, it will be quite tight but i think you will be ok with a few lenders. As Kingstreet says, its just a case of trying various lenders calculators until you find one where it fits.
