A question about e-mail competitions

Just wondering, when you enter a competition via e-mail and it doesn't specify what to put in the subject line what do you do? Leave it blank or make up a subject, e.g. XYZ Competition?
I normally make something up, but worry that they have a filter and it will delete any e-mails with a 'non-official' title. Perhaps i'm being paranoid!!

I sometimes leave it blank. It depends on what the email address is. Some places have a different email address for each comp.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040
