Recipes for the week with only £7?

Help, my work have managed to not pay me this week so I'm left with only £7 for the next week. I need to figure out some recipes and as I can't withdraw it as cash, I can't go to the market, so will need to go to a supermarket.
In got a few things in the freezer, only enough for 2 dinners, it's likely that I will also get a few free breakfasts, maybe 4. Any ideas on what I can do for the other 15 meals? (Apart from Mrs Beaton's Austerity toast sandwich)?

Someone posted that in July 2012...so no, not me. Just because it's the same number. Sorry I didn't trawl the board before hand, these things are easy to spot. Sorry for wasting your time.

Oh no i didn't think it was you i just thought it would give you ideas, there newer meal plans with updated prices near the end of the thread.
