All,
My partner has a 2nd charge against my property.
Can she force me to sell it in order to liquidate her investment or does she have to wait until i wish to sell it.
Any thouhgts, help or advice.

Your partner could force the sale of the property to recover their debt owed. However I would add a caveat that it will depend on the circumstances in which the charge was placed as to whether a court would rule in their favour.0
