Just a quick update, I am rather starting to enjoy this companies idiotic and pathetic actions. Latest letter, Capitalisation & bold text is my addition for sarcasm!
'we have written to you serveral times in relation to the unpaid debt that you owe to our client... blah, blah'
The debt that you still have not proved is mine?
'.... our client MAY take further action if you do not pay this debt in full or agree realistic payment terms with us'
If so damn convinced the alledged debt is mine what have they been waiting for?
This is the bit that made me laugh loudest!
'If you are unable to pay the full amount immediately we MAY be able to set up a payment plan for you to pay off the debt over a period of time or we MAY be able to offer a substantial discount for a significant immediate payment'

Been a while but here is an update, I played the waiting game and suffice to say I have called their bluff and have heard nothing since. Whatever the alleged debt was, is now most definitely statue barred regardless!0

True, I expect it will resurface at some point from some low life DCA but at least next time it will be fun! Knowing I can tell to them to go forth and multiply will allow me to make sure that they incurr costs in the pointless persuit of an unenforceable alledged debt! :beer:0
