transfer of equity - how long does it take?

How long does it usually take for a transfer of equity to be processed, once the consent to transfer mortgage letter was issued by the bank, and sent to the solicitor? This is to remove my former partner from the title. There is a trust deed and he doesn't have any financial claims on the property as he hasn't contributed anything.

No, I have the consent offer in my name only.0

I assume you mean mortgage offer.
Depends on the speed with which everybody signs the documents. That's often the cause of most delays.0 -
Yes offer.
Roughly though, 1 week? 1 month? Assuming everyone is cooperant.0
