TFL Discount Bus card

I am furious at the stupid woman who loaded my discount card to my Oyster card has keyed in 15th April and it's meant to be 15th August!
Went to the WP on Monday and the fares were deducted at 70p each way and today I have used 4 buses and instead of a capped rate of £2.20 oyster have charged me £4.40
I topped up £5 in a oyster ticket shop as I had £1.40 already on the card thinking I'd still have £4.20 left allowing me to get to the WP tomorrow and now I have only £2 which wont get me there and back and to get the discount card loaded again to my oyster I need to have £5 as I have to get this done at the tube station as the oyster ticket shops do not do it!
Furious to say the least!!!! I have to use a credit card which I can not pay back to top up this £5!!! ARGH!!!!

Seems to be a flaw in the software, The '15th April' should have been rejected, as having already passed.0

No I they added it on the 15th February when I got the discount card - I asked her as I saw her do it and she 'no I keyed in August'!!
The discount lasts 6 mths but for me only 3!!
