    Tiger I just read things had changed, it was £99 surplus when I went BR in 2008 looks like that is only now £19. However, has it also changed on the child benefit front, as that money was not taken into account by ORs back in 2008, if that is still the case, you have to take out the £87.97 which I assume is CB. And can I ask should this family not be getting working tax or child tax credits?

    I think CB is now added in to the calculation, assuming that there is some non benefit income?
