I am feeling very hopeful - we sent off our early discharge forms today!! We went bankrupt on 6th Dec 2006 and have just got the forms from the OR. Now we just wait with our fingers crossed that it will be over soon.
Thanks to all on here for advise and help, it was horrendous last year but hopefully will be over soon.

What are the early discharge forms? As in...What information do you need to give to request early discharge? Is it another review by the OR?0

Once the OR has received the info required from your creditors an they are satisfied that everything is in order they will send you some form to fill in. This will include another SOA. Once they have recieved that and are satisfied they have no other issues to deal with they write to your creditors to advise that they plan to apply to the courts for early discharge. Your creditors are then given time to reply and object if they wish (althought it is unusual for the Or to accept objections unless they suspect fraud). They can then apply to the court for early discharge.BSC Member 59 - AD 29th March 2008

This is what the OR has to do.
