Dear Moneysavers,
I am currently trying to maximise my credit score in order to get a mortgage. However, It has taken Experian 3 months to find my Lloyds tsb current account because of the way Lloyds format my address (a new build). Experian have said that they have a compatibility problem with the way Lloyds formats new builds so it's not just me it is affecting.
Also Experian now say there is now nothing that they can do and Lloyds will have to alter the address on their system.
This has been going on for months. I have called and been into Lloyds, talked to people and changed my address, all to no avail.
Has anyone any ideas at to what to do next as I'm at my wits end.
Many thanks in advance.
