Can't Go ON NEA Scheme Due To Being On Work Programme

all i was looking for was some advice and help about the financial predictions of my business plan only to be told that i wasn't allowed any help as i was on the WP, I'm not interested in NEA i just wanted some help and guidance and ill manage everything else, find it crazy that i can't even get advice because I'm on some screwed up programme that is of no use to me..

I'm only trying to get a small start up going to fund myself through college so ill be signing off soon was just looking for some advice then all this came to light.. ill ask the wp if there is any guidance they can provide

would it not be beneficial for the wp to help me out and give me advice on a start up so I'm off there books and they get there money?
