Hiya

Please could someone advise me how to withdraw cash from this. I have tried, but they won't answer my emails. I can't find a telephone number either. They sent me a message saying if i didn't want to pay the £3 admin i should send back the survey, i did that at the end of april but nothing
help

Assuming you have £30 cleared, there should be a link on your account page.


Q: When can I withdraw my Cash Back?
A:

Your account will display what is available for you to withdraw from your account. Pending amounts are displayed so that you can see what is "in the pipe-line" You will need to have in excess of £30.00 available in your account before you can withdraw your cash back. Your account page has a link

Q: How do you pay me my Cash Back?
A:

We will be able to arrange payment to you by sending you a cheque. You can click on the "withdraw cash" at the foot of your account statement. You will then need to verify your account details and then submit the form for processing. There is an administration fee of £3.00 for the processing of this for you and will be deducted from the amount written upon the cheque to you. You should receive your cash back in the post shortly afterwards.

I gave up on Mrs Cashback when I discovered Quidco. You have to have £30 in your account to be able to withdraw anything. I waited until all but £3 of my due money was available. THey do charge £3 to withdraw but waived this if I answered a questionnaire.

THe funny thing is, having read this post, I just looked at my Mrs Cashback account. I now have over £10 in there because I referred someone who now uses them and I now get 10% of their cashback. Lets just hope she keeps spending and I may get to another £30 to withdraw:rotfl:

I have been waiting nearly 3 months, but no cash back, and only one email, stating I'd get my £120 at the beginning of June.. Guess what. No Cheque !
Greasy palm seem to have a good reputation though.

I second the GreasyPalm suggestion, they send you a cheque at the beginning of the month as soon as the cleared balance in you account if over £25 (only thing to watch though is that the cheque is only valid for 1 month, but can't see anybody on her letting a cheque sit round doing nothing for that long:rotfl: )

I have never heard of this, but i have just had them withdraw money from my account, Does anyone have a phone number for this shocking organisation. I cant believe they can just remove £69 from you bank account
