    I would be interested to know more about your business plan. Chinese bikes are relatively new to the UK and, as has been mentioned before, the quality is not yet up to the standard of the other mainstream manufacturers - so you could be spending more time on support that you anticipated.

    With such a small investment are you planning to import the spares directly yourself or buy them from one of the established importers? If so, have you allowed for shipping costs, import duty & VAT etc. Also, if you are buying your stock up front, £1200 would not seem to allow for much cash-flow. A lot of riders buy service items and smaller spares on-line as it is often the cheapest and most convenient way. This will probably be your biggest area of competition.
