Wish I'd seen this yesterday also
Would have came in handy to keep as spares for our class and in the nursery in work esp for the start of the year when the kiddiewinkles miss their mouths a lot lol. Or for when they've been sick, good to have something like these to have handy just in case. Even working in a school I wouldn't have ordered 60 though. i suppose it depends what your ordering them for as to how many you order,if i would have seen the offer in time i would have done the same as the earlier poster and ordered as many as i could and re-sold them for a tidy profit, these companies get a lot of money from us so to get something back would have been nice.Im known as the 'Fixer' if you have a problem, come to me and i can fix it for you.0 -
just a reply to those people commenting on my selfish behaviour
how dare you make comments like that when you dont know why or who i have bought these for
please keep your comments to yourselves in the future as to what i do or dont do
this is a forum for people to take advantage of something ...somewhere...sometime
its good of people to post these bargains but i do think its wrong for people to think they can comment on peoples motives
rant over
gotta go ...ive got SIXTY packs of polo shirts to shift:A
How "dare we?" we dare because you are taking advantage of this offer for your own selfish ends and stopping people who could me taking advantage of this deal ( low income household, charities, etc) from doing so. I would not be surprised at all if the "reason you have bought these" is to make money selling them on eBay.
It's ok for you to make a quick buck off someone's mistake, but you can't handle the truth, is that it? If you really didn't care what people thought you wouldn't be throwing your rattle out of your pram.0 -
I managed to order some last night, to collect from store tomorrow. I have just checked my confirmation email, and it says:
"Please note that these prices are for guidance only.
You will be charged the in-store price of all available items on the day they are picked. "
I've never seen this before, and it wasn't stated when I ordered them.
Can anyone tell me if this is usual, as I can't decide whether to make the 20 mile round trip to collect them, or not?0 -
Why the angst? He ordered from grocery reading his posts. He won't get them.0

I hope he doesn't esp if he's like the other poster and selling them off to other parents/charities etc who struggle to afford uniforms as it is.
And I never wish anyone not to get a bargain, I always say well done and fair play, but sorry peeps, not this time. Don't bother as they won't honour it. Ring up and cancel your order.
Went in to collect my order today and was charged full price, then had to go to customer services to get a refund. The click n collect service is totally polo shirts! (I mean pants).
Anyway at least I now know that its quicker to go the store and get what you need than use the click n collect service.0 -
