Problems with Ipsos surveys

Is anyone else having trouble with ipsos surveys? I've had two now that have randomly stopped working in the middle of me filling it out. It says I'll be able to start again after waiting 10 minutes, but I just continue to get the error message. I'm so near payout, it's really frustrating. I've emailed them but had no response. Also very frustrating when it's a long survey.
