Mortgage advice on ebay

Just had a quick look, as well as the various ( IMHO very sad ) brokers trying to sell advice on that platform ... anything from 1p to ( when you look at site £3500) and lead generators , I also saw http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=14011792759 :rotfl:

exactly, thats why I posted it

sounds like it just his pdf guides ( or a re-hashed version)

    either

    a. the ebay seller is really keen to let the world know about ML
    b. He wants to sell anything to make a few pennies
    c. He is including other info ( mortgage or non mortgage stuff) ?
    d. selling buyers info on?

    No evidence of buying feedback.

I wonder what makes someone buy advice that is freely available on here. Obviously not MSEers.

That said, for £1.18, it's almost worth buying one and posting the content on the Internet.

    :)

Does Martin not copyright his articles? surely this is a breach and he would not want an unauthorised individual selling his work? Or have I got this wrong

Payless, have you sent Martin a PM to make him aware of this?

I would have thought someone using Martin's name to promote their product which involved costs that Martin says not to pay would be something he would take interest in.

    Good spot Payless

I think it just goes to show what kind of "adviser" you could well end up with on ebay - anyone thinking of going that route be very very careful
