His blood test is to check on issues with his legs (ulcerated varicose veins) and also anything underlyinghis increased blood pressure - the diet itself isn't a specific issueIf the guy is having to have his blood tested then perhaps his diet may already be poor or not towards optimium, foods with a low GI would be my choice or veg.
Exactly - he can rearrange a morning appointment and eat normally during the day rather than just get by on minimal food. I know that biol,ogically it wouldn't kill him but he'd be such a pain to live with that I probably would:rotfl:I think the issue was he wasn't told he needed to fast. Had he known he could have arranged his meals in advance.0 -
The last blood test I had, I was to told to have no food/milk after 10pm, well unless you work nights then you'll be sleeping anyway and are usually booked in for an early appointment.
He could always make a sandwich to nibble on the way to work.
