I did this and I received it :j (I didnt see it on this site, I had an email sent to me direct from them) so maybe they restricted it to existing customers? Bit naughty not to tell people if thats what they planned to do though

Same here. They can keep their discount voucher - I would never order from a company that sends out e-mails confirming the goods have been dispatched when they clearly have not.
