Health Shield sneaky change

Has anyone else noticed the healthcare cash plan Health Shield has made a sneaky change to its terms? Until the 1st of April, each dependent child received the same level of benefits as the enrolled parent. I was just on the website and it seems now all dependent children have to share one benefit limit between them.
I've loved Health Shield up to now, but I have three kids. Instead of all 4 of us being covered individually, effectively now only two are: myself, and all three kids counting as one. So our family has suddenly lost 50% of the potential benefits.
I'm pretty annoyed I wasn't informed of this change before I signed up for another year. I'm sure it's in some small print, but that's not good enough.

Are you sure you're not just looking at coverage for new customers? Sometimes when these things are altered, existing customers retain their current terms. It might be worth your while checking with the company themselves.
I'm not a Health Shield customer so can't speak with any authority on the precise terms of the policy.0 -
I've rung them to confirm. It's not just new customers. And they pointed out where the small print is.0
