Frozen cans!

My kitchen has a fridge built in but I also have a fridge freezer. I don't have many kitchen cupboards so I use the space in the fridge part of the fridge freezer to store canned food.
There is three shleves in it and all the cans at the botttem have frozen. although I always keep the temp as high as possible because they don't need to be chilled as they are all sealed. Are they still okay to use? They are mainly soup, beans, tomatoes and kidneybeans.
Also, how can I keep the fridge part above freezing without turning it off completly, is there anything I can put in it to stop it freezing?
