I'm just going to have to write to Customer Services, but not sure about the most efficient address.

I recently complained in writing to their CEO at LOndon but the reply came back from Retail Customer Services, Chester Business Park, Wrexham Road, Chester CH4 9GA. The fax number is 0845 3030170.
